potatoes & eggs salad sandwich

Can't decide menu for tomorrow's lunch? Here's 'How to' for simple, but so delicious potatoes & eggs salad sandwiches that I've been eating for almost a week now! 


What you'll need:
4-5 potatoes, sweet gherkins, 7 eggs, corns, mayo, salt, pepper, honey mustard
* you may add paprika, carrots, etc. that you prefer 

1. Steam potatoes - boiling will be fine, too.
2. Boil eggs



3. While waiting for potatoes and eggs to be done, let's chop some gherkins! I love Mt. Olive's sweet gherkins - so crunchy ☺☺☺




















4. Potatoes are ready! Put them in plastic food bag and shake it! Actually, I smashed the bag against the dining table :P it took me 20 seconds to completely smash potatoes inside the bag. Do the same for the eggs!

See~ nicely smushed potatoes and eggs! 
5. Place them in a large bowl.


6. Add remaining ingredients - corns, chopped gherkins, 3 - 4 pinches of salt, pepper  




7. It's time to mix them all with mayo and mustard! Put mayo!!!!!!!!! a lot!!!! Let mercy be on us :)





8. And mix them well. Do you see how fast I'm going? :) 



Here is looking good potatoes & eggs salad! Spread the salad on croissant!
