Homemade brunch

I visited my sister's house in upstate New York two weeks ago. Whenever I go to her house, she always prepares a brunch while I'm sleeping late. Then she brings all the foods in bed. It is one of reasons that I LOVE staying in her house. Here are dishes that I had with my sister :)

blueberry bagel, French toast, bacon and onions, egg+vegetable scramble

It was first time trying blueberry bagel. Pretty tasty! Having a fruity bagel with salty scramble? I thought it would taste weird. Clearly, I was wrong! yum yum yum yum yummy yum yum

My favorite snuggle buddy : ) It is designed by a graphic artist, Frank Kozik. I visited Kidrobot - like three years ago - in soho, where many of his designed toys are. They are so unique and adorable, but quite pricy! Last month, my big sister found this buddy in urban outfitters online store - on sale!!! - and she got it for me. I wanted this for long~ time! It is so soft >_ < reminds me of my puppy, shogoon.

smash scrapbook! fun & easy way to decorate my memory

My 2013 resolution was (and still is) to have a scrapbook. Actually, it was more than to have it! To keep memorable days more colorful and special! BUT, I'm not really good at organizing and decorating stuffs. So I've decided to take some help from smash products, which make me so happy just looking at them. Buying everything that attracted me would put me in bankruptcy.. so I had to carefully observe every product, and decide which ones I should get. Honestly, I wanted them all and still want them all. One day I went to michael's, my favorite place (I can spend entire day in that store! such an exciting place! my boyfriend has a very different opinion though) I went there to observe some products as always, and almost every product of K&Company was on sale. 50% off! I was jumping around the store like a kid on snowy day ☻☻

These are my treasures :)

I haven't really start using them yet, but I'm pretty sure that my scrapbook will turn out to be very dynamic and exciting as my life is :)

I will update more when I actually jot down something on my scrapbook- It's going to take a while. I'm not sure which one among many many many memorable moments I should start with.

potatoes & eggs salad sandwich

Can't decide menu for tomorrow's lunch? Here's 'How to' for simple, but so delicious potatoes & eggs salad sandwiches that I've been eating for almost a week now! 

What you'll need:

4-5 potatoes, sweet gherkins, 7 eggs, corns, mayo, salt, pepper, honey mustard

* you may add paprika, carrots, etc. that you prefer 

1. Steam potatoes - boiling will be fine, too.

2. Boil eggs

3. While waiting for potatoes and eggs to be done, let's chop some gherkins! I love Mt. Olive's sweet gherkins - so crunchy ☺☺☺

4. Potatoes are ready! Put them in plastic food bag and shake it! Actually, I smashed the bag against the dining table :P it took me 20 seconds to completely smash potatoes inside the bag. Do the same for the eggs!

See~ nicely smushed potatoes and eggs! 

5. Place them in a large bowl.

6. Add remaining ingredients - corns, chopped gherkins, 3 - 4 pinches of salt, pepper  

7. It's time to mix them all with mayo and mustard! Put mayo!!!!!!!!! a lot!!!! Let mercy be on us :)

8. And mix them well. Do you see how fast I'm going? :) 

Here is looking good potatoes & eggs salad! Spread the salad on croissant!
